By accessing and utilizing the services and website of The Asha Beauty Salon L.L.C. ("The Asha Salon", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("you", "your", "the client", or "user") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, which together with our Privacy Policy govern your relationship with The Asha Salon.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Changes and Refunds More Than 2 Hours Before Appointment:
    Clients may change or remove services and request a refund provided that the request is made more than two hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  • Service Changes Less Than 2 Hours Before Appointment:
    Service changes requested within two hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% late cancellation fee for the respective service.
  • Appointment Cancellations Less Than 2 Hours Before Appointment:
    Cancellations made less than two hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be credited to the client's account. Rescheduling is contingent upon full payment of the balance due.
  • Late Arrival by Client:
    If a client is more than 15 minutes late following the arrival of the technician, the appointment will be considered cancelled, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Service Removal During Appointment:
    If a client opts to remove a service during the appointment, the associated fee will not be refunded as the slot was allocated and reserved.
  • Cancelled and Rescheduled Appointments:
    Clients who cancel and later reschedule their appointment forfeit eligibility for any refund, even if services are later reduced. Credit notes issued in lieu of refunds are not convertible back to cash or payment reversal.

Add-Ons and Prepayment:
When booking add-on services, confirmation from our team and payment on the same business day are required. If payment is not received by the end of the working day, the requested add-ons will be cancelled. For same-day appointments, add-on payments must be completed at least two hours in advance.

Quality Guarantee Policy: 
The Asha Salon is committed to ensuring the highest standards of service quality. In the event of any concerns related to service outcomes, clients are kindly requested to raise the matter within the following specified timeframes, based on the type of service received:

  • Classic Nail Services – Within 24 hours post appointment
  • Gel Nail Services – Within 3 days post appointment
  • Nail Extensions or BIAB – Within 5 days post appointment
  • Hair, Waxing, Threading & Massage Services – Concerns must be communicated during the time of the appointment directly to the technician or booking team.

Requests submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for complimentary rectification or compensation, as service conditions are subject to client aftercare and natural wear.

Minimum Booking Requirement:
All appointments must meet a minimum value of AED 100.

Sanctioned Entities
Services shall not be provided to individuals or entities located in OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, are issued only via the original mode of payment and to the original user.
